If you desire, our agency will take care of you from the first moments of your visit in Odessa. Our representative will be waiting for you at the Airport ready to take you to your reserved apartment where our manager will check you in.

Airport pickup is FREE of charge if your stay is 7 nights or longer and your arrival time is between hours of 9am and 9pm.

If your stay is less than 5 nights, Airport or Train station pickup fee is $20. If your arrival or departure is during night hours (between 9pm and 9am) our Airport transfer service is $25. If you wish to check in / check out during night hours (9pm - 9am) it is mandatory to use our Airport or Train station pickups.

Kiev Airport (KBP) is located approximately 10km away from the city center and takes about 10-20 minutes to get to the center of the city assuming no traffic. Our drivers all use comfortable and clean sedans.

Our driver will wait for you even if your flight is delayed. While you can try to negotiate a lower rate from the drivers at the Airport, it is not recommended as those drivers often they use old Soviet made cars and typically you will need to haggle with them for a long time before they agree to a lower rate than ours.

This is why we highly recommend simply using our Airport transfer service and not create a potential head ache of haggling with strangers during your first minutes of arrival. 100% of the Airport transfer fee goes to our drivers - we do not make any profit on Airport transfers.

Having a cell phone while on your stay in Odessa can make your stay much more enjoyable. Cell phones are absolutely essential while in Ukraine and will give you ability to call other mobile phones along with land lines. Land lines can ONLY call other land lines but not mobile phones. Cell phone rental costs are $3 per day or $20 per week. Further discounts are available for longer stays.

Our managers will also be happy to give you any phone number you see, such as specific restaurants, information, taxi, etc. We can even let you know your phone number prior to your arrival (this service costs additional $10). In these cases, we will purchase a SIM card for you which you will get to keep for future us. Thus, for your future visits to Odessa you will maintain the same phone number.

Mobile phone reception in Odessa is excellent and your phone will work everywhere.

Driving a car in a foreign city can be daunting. This is why we offer a car rental with a driver service. Our driver can take you to all of your meetings and wait for you to take you to your next destination. All cars used are Western sedans - clean and comfortable.

Car rental along with a driver costs $20 per hour which already includes gas, with no extra charges.

Drivers speak limited English, however, we can arrange for a driver with fluent English skills as well (extra fee applies). If you require both translator and driver with a car, we can arrange both for $25 per hour (includes driver and translator that can attend meetings with you, etc.)

This service does not apply for driving to other cities.
