Transportation services

Airport, Railway and Bus station pick up and drop off

If you want us to pick you up and taking you downtown to your apartment. We can do this with pleasure. If you order our Pick up service, a driver will waiting for you at the customs area door. They will hold a sign with your name. Our driver will then take you from the airport directly to your apartment that you have rented from us.

Airport pick up — $20.00 dollars.

Bus station pick up — $15.00 dollars.

Train station pick up — $15.00 dollars.

VIP Transfer at the airport

VIP Service available in Odessa’s airport will virtually eliminate customs procedure and save your time. You will be picked up by a comfortable mini van as soon as you get off the plane and driven directly to the terminal for baggage pickup. All your customs paper work will be filled out for you and your baggage delivered to you.

VIP service with driver to bring you from the Airport into Odessa. The Service is Available for arrival and departure ($60.00 fee is paided to the airport for the VIP service).

FRIENDS AND RELATIVE PICKUP - We can pickup your friends or relatives up before we go to the airport to meet you so they can be there also to meet you when you arrive. (All we will need is there contact details)

PERSONAL DRIVER - Our Drivers understand English and there cars are new and they will be glad to take you any where you want to go.
$25.00 per hour and Available any time you need them (gasoline is included)

TRANSLATORS / INTERPRETERS - Interpreters/Translators (English/Russian/Ukrainian) are available.
$10 per hour or $60 for an 8 hr day.
We can also arrange German, Spanish, French, Italian Chinese and Japanese interpreters. Rates for them can be $15 to $20

APARTMENT CLEANING / MAID SERVICE

All apartments are cleaned and bed linen / towels changed every five days. If you wish daily service there are additional costs.

Linen changing Service - 7.00 Dollars per Request

Laundry Service — We can collect your Clothes and returned to them to your apartment, washed and ironed, within 48hrs.
$15 to $ 20 (price depends on items to wash)

Dry Cleaning — We can also arrange Pick up and Delivery of items for this service

Groceries Shopping Service — We can also do your shopping for you while you stay with us. You supply the list of items and we will deliver them to you.
Cost $20.00 plus cost of groceries.

Flowers and Gift Delivery — I know how hard it is to find a service to arrange Flowers and what ever other gift you mite consider in Odessa for delivery. That's why we started this service to help those far away from the ones they love. (Place link here).

DENTAL SERVICE - Depending on your stay in Odessa you might want to have some work done. Unlike the United States and other Western Countries Dental Work done in Odessa is 50 to 75 percent less and is of the same quality and standards of all western dentists. So while on Vacation or Business why not get some rest and have your teeth done for less and return home with a great smile.

Personal Pre-Arriaval Shopping Service

Our Shopping Service offers you the opportunity to have your Apartment stocked for the night or even longer if you would like. This service will make your arrival in Odessa and your apartment much easier and more relaxing for you.

With our shopping service, you submit your order and pay for your items before you leave on your trip. Then, while you are in route to Odessa. We will go to the market and shop for you and have all of your items in your apartment waiting for you on arrival.

Your payment is fully refundable if cancelled 24 hours before your scheduled arrival (NOTE: Odessa Time).

Just send us your shopping list 1 day before arrival we will then make sure that your order is done and available on arrival at your apartment. The minimum shopping order is just $25.
(NOTE: You may send your request earlier if you like !!!)

Please note that some products may not be available. Common examples are such things as maple syrup and HP brown sauce etc.. Etc.. If in doubt ask.

The welcome special cost just $75 and guarantees you a warm welcome to Odessa.

You may also request special items… such as more champagne, whiskey, rum, tequila, vodka, wine, or anything you specify. You'll be given a quote after we receive your special request.

MOBILE PHONE RENTAL OR PURCHASE A "SIM CARD" WITH UKRAINE NUMBER

Using your Home Country cell phone in Ukraine can be very expensive. The Roaming charges in Ukraine are very expensive ! Remember you pay for all incoming calls to your home country phone.

We have three choices for you

Plan 1. You can rent a new Mobile for $3,50 per day and is For 6 days or less. The cards for Recharge can be easily found and purchased from many street vendors and shops.(If you ask them they can add the credit for you). If you request this plan in advance we will e-mail you the number of your cell phone prior to arrival in Odessa.
Deposit for the phone is $75.00 which will be refunded at the end of the rental period.

Plan 2.You can rent a new Mobile for $20.00 per week. The cards for Recharge can be easily found and purchased from many street vendors and shops.(If you ask them they can add the credit for you). Plan 3. If you plan to travel around Ukraine after leaving Odessa, you may prefer, to purchase your own personal Ukrainian number With this option we supply you with a Sim Card Package including local telephone number plus 10 Hrivnas of credit. You may also request this in advance and we will send your telephone number prior to arrival. (If you chose this plan please make sure that your phone is able to change the Sim Card). Fee is $15.00
