Place Your Apartment. We would like to assist landlords to rent out apartments (or a room) for short-term/ long-term period at our site. Please fill out the given form with the description of your apartment and send your photos to our e-mail (see it at the bottom of the page).

Arrange a Metting. After you send the form with the description of your apartment, A Odessarents representative will contact you to arrange a meeting and check apartment condition.

Compliance with Our Standards. Your apartment will be added to our database, if it complies with our requirements: quality, fair price, good location, landlord's honesty.

Rent your Apartment. Once the apartment is added to our database, it will appear in the automated search engine and will be placed on our site in 1 day. When we receive e-mail requests for your apartment, we will contact you to find out reservation availability for required dates.

NO FEES! There's no service charge for placing your apartment. We don't ask for exclusive rights to market your property!
You can still take your personal bookings together with our bookings.
