We would like to assist landlords to rent out apartments (or a room) for short-term/ long-term period at our site. Please fill out the given form with the description of your apartment and send your photos to our e-mail (see it at the bottom of the page).

Arrange a Metting:

After you send the form with the description of your apartment, A Odessarents representative will contact you to arrange a meeting and check apartment condition.

Compliance with Our Standards:

Your apartment will be added to our database, if it complies with our requirements: quality, fair price, good location, landlord's honesty.

Rent your Apartment:

Once the apartment is added to our database, it will appear in the automated search engine and will be placed on our site in 1 day. When we receive e-mail requests for your apartment, we will contact you to find out reservation availability for required dates.

NO FEES!:

There's no service charge for placing your apartment. We don't ask for exclusive rights to market your property!
You can still take your personal bookings together with our bookings.
